Man, me and my crew used to watch this show every Friday night (and eventually every Sunday night) religiously. Oh yeah, we drank the kool-aid! We would hang on every clue, every nuance and follow the adventures of Mulder and Scully for the good episodes and the bad (which were few) until star David Duchovny left the show.
Then it pretty much went downhill from there. In 1998 there was a feature film that to the fans expanded on the big alien mythology and actually made nearly 190 million dollars. It was not long after the movie that Duchovny left the show. He was back from time to time but not in any great capacity and the show really suffered for it. Gillian Anderson did her best to carry the show but without the Mulder/Scully dynamic it just felt like just another decent sc-fi show and not the fantastic one that it was for 6 years.

Well, after numerous false starts since 2000 the new flick is coming July 25. What’s it about? Who fucking knows! Creator Chris Carter has said that it is not dealing with the alien mythology and will be much like the creepy-monster-in-the-shadows episodes of the series that were generally well recieved. Hopefully some of the plotholes left over from the series finale will be resolved. I want to fucking believe!

So I've been thinking, maybe one of the things we could do around here is post up new movie trailers every Thursday. What's that you agree with me? Awesome, so shall it be done.
This movie totally makes up for the film Just Friends.
If only.
For those of you out there that don't know, let us the staff of ATE formally come out and say that, we are Kevin Smith fans.
Me again, long time no hear from I know but I have had my hands full with other things you know?
Saw this yesterday and meant to put it up. I don't know about this movie, but my gut instinct tells me that Robert and Rose are going to accomplish something that I didn't think was possible - make me long for Brigitte Nielsen. Hit the button for the other poster.
So while I realize that everybody and their mom is still talking about the awesomeness that is The Dark Knight right now, but just to remind folks that there is one other character out there that is can give Gotham's favorite son a run for his money.
Heath Ledger will be forever known as the real Joker.
The sweetest sequel this summer has to offer so far.
What was Samuel L Jackson busy the weekend they filmed this?
