James Jean is a Los Angeles based artist and illustrator who has won many rewards for cover work he has done for DC Comics. Born in Taiwan in 1979 and raised in New Jersey, he attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City and graduated in 2001.

DC Comics: Action Comics #855

Writers Geoff Johns and Richard Donner (Director of Superman: The Movie) and artist Eric Powell have created a nifty tale here of Superman trying to rescue Pa Kent from Bizarro.

Me again, long time no hear from I know but I have had my hands full with other things you know?
Watchmen, the eagerly anticipated film by director Zack Snyder (Dawn of the Dead, 300) based on the acclaimed comic by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons, is due in theaters on March 6, 2009. But there is a lot of controversy surrounding the film.
Writer Mark Millar and artist John Romita, Jr. just keep the "kick-assery" coming with the fourth issue of this highly entertaining and gloriously violent book.

Okay, I currently have a house full of nieces, a brother-in-law and a sister-in-law so this will be short ...
I'm loving this freakin' series and I've never been a big Iron Man fan but writer Matt Fraction and artist Salvador Larocca are delivering the goods. The character is currently dealing with Zachariah Stane, evil son of his rival Obadiah Stane (Iron Monger), who is using Stark tech for terrorist attacks across the world. What makes this series and particularly this issue work is the writer is making Stark into a likable (albeit cocky) character once again. I dig! Grade: A
